Calvin lay there on fire, enjoying the feeling. "It tickles!" he said. Hollis looked at him and put two and two together. "Fire dosen't hurt him: he's a demon...." she glared at him and started to make him see his worst fear. Calvin screamed at started to punch at an unseeable opponet. "No...no! Leave me alone!"

Hollis shook her head no, concentrating on making him see the fear.
Calvin was seeing Adolf Hitler confronting him about his disloyalty to Germany when they needed him most. 'NO! ...I- I'm loyal... p-please, Oberster Führer ... have m-mercy...!"
(Oberster Führer = "Supreme Leader" in German)

Hollis shook her head. "He'll...only see it...while I'm concentrating and forcing...him to....I can't...leave..." you could hear the effort of talking and keeping the vision up in her voice Calvin meanwhile was starting to feel prickles at the edge of his eyes. "Oberster Führer..I...I'll do better next t-time..." Hitler roughly yelled, "There will be no next time! Kill him!" Calvin cried out in dispair and punched the imaginary gaurds, 'killing' them.

Calvin snapped out of it and tried to smack Xavier. Hollis was pale looking.

Calvin struggled against him but was unable to focus after his recent vision courtesy of Hollis. He went limp in Xaviers arms, hoping to trick him into thinking he had won. Hollis flew up up up above the trees, about 800 feet. She watched the scene as it unfolded, still bleeding.

Xavier pulled him deep in the trees and made earth go up and over him then ran in lion form to Hollis house but fell in front of the Doctors house in pain. |

Calvin lay there underneath the dirt, sides heaving. Revenge. It was the only word in his mind.
