Riley chuckled a bit and felt herself warming up to Noah, and her shy state starting to slip away for the time being. She didn't know how she was gonna act now, but she hoped it wasn't hyper or insane... or blood thirsty. "Yeah well, I want friends who like me for me... and can handle my in my psychopathic moments." She said with a grin.

I smiled, "Nah, I know. I'm just saying I'd think people wouldn't shy away from you." I said before prodding again. "So, how many times have you fought with that? How many people have been amazing enough to become your friends?" I sure hoped I'd be lucky enough.

Riley thought back to the people who actually gained her trust, and an image of Di'Angelo came to her mind. The one man she hoped to forget. "One. But he's gone." She replied looking down grimly.

I stifled a frown, my face falling into a neutral kind of expression. "Oh? Why's that?"

Riley felt herself go into a cold and icy mood, and she clenched a fist with her empty hand not wanting to crush Noah's hand. "Because... I killed him." She replied. Di'Angelo had been a man she loved, but had betrayed her, trying to kill her.

I got tense at first but quickly relaxed, quickly changing the subject 'cause I could sense it had upset her. "So what other kinds of weapons do you use?"

Riley tried cooling down, she really didn't want to end up hurting Noah on accident, seeing as how she was actually starting to grow more fond of him. "None really. I just need my scythe." She replied.

I nodded. "I only use these roses." I said, pulling one out of my jacket sleeve before demonstrating by flicking it at a tree. While darting through the air, the blade sprang out and got stuck in the tree. As we passed it, I retrieved it, reset the blade, and slid it back into my sleeve. "They're really cool, no?"

Riley grinned and nodded as she watched him retract the blade, and she let some hair fall into her face, covering her eyes a bit. "Awesome weapons." She replied having admired the rose blade.

I grinned. "Thanks. I made them myself... thought them up on my own, too." I said happily before side-glancing at her, "So~ wanna know anything about me?" I'd been the one asking all the questions, so you know.

Riley thought for a moment trying to think of a good question to ask him, and finally, something donned on her as they still walked hand in hand. "Well, I know you're not human because you didn't freak out when you saw me flying or when I pulled out a scythe from thin air, so... what are you?" She knew it probably sounded like a stupid question, but she was curious.

I didn't think it was stupid or dumb or whatever you said in your post at all. "I'm a hybrid. Both Angel and Shifter." I said, smiling. "I shift into a wolf, by the way." I said matter-of-factly.

Riley grinned letting her wings flutter a bit hearing the angel part, as she was also part angel, other then the vampire blood she had. "Cool." She replied with a smile.

I nodded. "Yeah, it is~." I said happily, swinging our arms even more.

Riley was grinning rather happily and was actually enjoying Noah's company, unlike many others, and didn't mind their swinging arms. She enjoyed the comfort of having someone like a friends. "Thanks for talking to me, Noah. Not many people stay around an angel slash vampire." She said with a smile.
