Grant smiled, He looked over at her, her head on his shoulder. She was very pretty.
Grant had a sudden flash back from the war, It was late. He had been sitting in a ditch for nearly 72 hours they hadn't had anything to eat, in nearly two days, for him he had lack of blood, and was craving it like crazy... It was probably close to midnight, he went to a teamate, and almost lost control When suddenly a bomb came out of nowhere. Making a huge hole in the ditch. Landing Almost right in frount of him. Three feet away, it just barely missed him and the guy he was about to bite.
Grant flashed back to relality. Slightly startled he jumped back a little.

Jenny caught herself before she fell face first into the water she kicked her feet to keep her up and looked over at Grant questionly. "Grant are you okay?" she asked watching him alittle worried.

Grant had his hand on his head, Slightly shaking. "I-I don't Know..." He said he was shaken up pretty bad from the flash back that he had now and then. They had just started getting worse.

Jenny pulled her self out of the pond "Grant you should probaly get out" she said worried abotu him wondering what had caused him this "What happened?"

Grant slid oput of the pool of water and sat on the ground. "I had a flash back, From my war days..." He said quietly. Still kinda out of it from the flash back. He looked down at the ground.

Jenny moved to sit next to him and took one of his hands "Oh" she said "was a bac flash back?"

Grant felt her hand he looked over to her some color back in his face now. But He had a distent look to him. "It was one of the first few days I had joined. We where in a big ditch, it was late at night, And out of nowhere a connon comes out and hits the ground killing many, It missed me and a few others by only three feet." He left out the part that he was so starved that he almost attacked someone. "It burned me a bit, but didn't do too much damage..." Grant added he looked at the ground.
-It's gonna take a bit of time for him to completely open up about everything that happened. I was thinking from time to time, Have flash backs like this just very random a spare of the moment. and have this a sorta long process for him to open up about all that happened.-

Jenny hugged him "It must have been horrible" she said she pulled back and looked up at him "tspecialy for it to hapen ith in the first few days how come you stayed tho? I mean in the war"

Grant shrugged, "It's what I was taugh to do. My parents shipped me off to Millitary school as soon as I was old enough. And from there I in-listed in the Millitary." He said looking back up to her.

Grant sighed, "Sorta, They just started back up I thought they had gone away, But they've come back these past few weeks..."

"Thats werid that just randomly started back up again" Jenny said "Did the war...ever take place here? if so maybe thats why it could have caused it."
