Then she changed her attitude and said, "But seriously, I know a lot about shadows and I'm not going to leave someone just for being one."

Raven thought it over before she replied. she hadn't let anyone close to her in a long time, but then no one had wanted to get close to her anyways, and he was just offering it, like it was easy. After a moment, she nodded. "Alright."

Taren had never had anyone really close but what she had said had made him think maybe it wasnt so hopeless after all. "So what do you like to do?" he asked curious thinking he just kinda wanted to get away from here "Do you even live here?"

Raven shook her head. She didn't really want to give her life story, but she found it easy to talk to taren. "No, I've lived around humans my whole life, so I like to secretly practice magic," she shrugged.

"Ive heared a lot about it compared to here its huge" Taren said "Ill have to check it out sometime maybe you could even show me your town" he said then shrugged. He ent and sat on a rock "that is if you ant" he said.
