Duncan looked at Minerva warily, wondering if he should make a break for it. Duncan looked at Minerva meekly and said, I don't think I want to shift... He concentrated and made a small flame pop up beside Minerva's foot, then he turned tail and ran for all he was worth!

Minerva took one look at the fire and screamed. Fire could burn her quickly, even if she wasn't alive. Minerva looked at Duncan and said "Look here, you have Banshee in you and you need to be trained into what we can do. I know you have werewolf in you too, but inside you know when people are about to die."

Duncan looked at the mass of solid ice. He shifted and said tartly, "Like when I was incased in ice? I felt like I was going to die..." he looked up at Frost, who had winced and said automatically, "Sorry." Duncan concentrated and made a small fire at the base of the ice wall, but it sputtered and died before it could melt anything.

Duncan frowned and said, "Well you know I hate ice, and I hate being treated like a misbehaved pet...why can't you just leave me alone!? You too, Minerva!" And he glowered at the ice wall, as if it were the source of all his troubles.

Duncan continued to scowl. "Why don't you run off with your new boyfriend?" there was a hint of bitterness in his tone. Sighing, he turned towards where he assumed Minerva was. "Alright Minerva what do you want?!"

Duncan actually looked sorry for a moment, but he quickly wiped that look off his face, shifted, and he curled up in a pitiful looking lump of fur. If you looked closely you could practically see the frustration coming off him in waves. She'll never understand...I wish...she was mine... no, don't even think that...don't, Duncan...it'll only make you angrier... Duncan stood up suddenly in a heat of fury, and making up his mind quickly, he set himself on fire (he has the power of fire X3) and crashed through the wall of ice, running like there was no tomorrow.

Frost was shocked he ran right under were she was though and it sent the hole wall down and she fell in some fire that was left behinde her arms bruning quickly.....
