Alyssa sat by the water, Looking at it. It was pretty. It was early in the morning. She figured she would come out her to watch the sun rise. As it just had, a few minutes ago. She now sat here looking at her reflextion in the water. Her legs out to the side, her dress covered her legs. Her long blonde hair moving in the breeze. Her bow and arrows attached to her and put on her back.

 I walked boredly along the creek, unsure of what to do. I stayed up all night 'cause I hadn't been able to sleep and I wasn't ready to head back yet. I would have stayed but there had been no one to talk to so this was a better use of my time, not to mention it was much more entertaining. So I smiled when I saw the girl up ahead. Someone to talk to! I picked up my pace, jogging alone the edge of the creek and slowing when I neared her, smiling happily. "Hey~. Why are 'ya up so early, miss?" I asked in a light, friendly manner. |

Startled, Alyssa looked up. She saw a guy right behind her. "Oh, Um, I came out to see the sun rise." She replied Standing up.

I smiled, nodding. "Makes sense. The sunset's very beautiful, especially around this time of year... oh, by the way, I'm Daniel." I said, holding my hand out to her. "What's your name?" |

She took his hand and shook it. "Alyssa." She said introducing herself.

Bomarded by all these questions it took Alyssa a minute to process all that he was asking. "I'm 16, I'm an Elf." She after a moment.

I nodded, grinning. "Why of course. It's the best side to be on." I said, laughing slightly before glancing up at the sky then over at her. "Have any family, Alyssa?" I asked curiously, unable to help my nosiness. I loved to know about people and talk to them... even if it was only small talk. I just loved it. |

Still looking down she said quietly. "They died. My Parents died a year ago, from fevor, My Grandmother from old age."
